Google Ads Management
Google Ads is the easiest channel to spend money on, and the easiest to lie to yourself about! Impressive looking dashboards, tonnes of clicks, and no idea what any of it earned. We run it on ONE number: what came back for what went out. Pick a Google Ads agency on who'll show you that number honestly, including the months it goes the wrong way.

Real client results
Every campaign is judged on one number:
The revenue it puts in your account

Our record on inherited accounts
Search, Shopping and Performance Max managed on profit per pound spent, in an account that stays in your name.
Conversions that mean something
We remove page views and form loads counted three times, so the bidding algorithm trains on real signal. The cheapest leads are usually the worst ones.
Budgets revisited, not set once
Budgets are reviewed regularly so campaigns that earn are not capped while ones that do not run all day. If a campaign's buying traffic that converts but doesn't pay, we'll recommend cutting it, even though it's not the fee-friendly advice.
A flat fee, not a percentage
You pay a flat monthly fee agreed in advance, never a percentage of spend that rewards bigger budgets.
Strategic Momentum
Get a straight read on your ad account
- Conversions that are not conversions. Page views, button clicks, form loads and thank you pages counted three times, so the reported cost per lead is fiction and the bidding algorithm is being trained on noise.
- Performance Max eating brand traffic. Spend that would have arrived free is being bought back, and the campaign takes the credit.
- Broad match with no negative list to speak of, funding searches for jobs, free advice and competitors.

Purposeful Innovation
Our record on inherited accounts
- A flat monthly fee, agreed in advance. Not a percentage of spend, because that pays us to talk you into bigger budgets.
- Your Google Ads account, Merchant Centre and Analytics stay in your name. We work inside them with our own access.
- Rolling monthly, 30 days notice. If you leave, access is transferred the same week and nothing is deleted.
FAQ
The questions you actually want answered
How do you charge, and is it a percentage of spend?
A flat monthly fee agreed before we start, based on the number of campaigns, markets and feeds involved. We don't take a percentage of ad spend, because that would give us an incentive to grow your budget rather than your profit. The fee only changes if the scope changes and you agree to it.
Is there a minimum ad spend?
There's no hard minimum, but below roughly a few thousand pounds a month the management fee starts to swallow the value, and we'll tell you if that's the case. Sometimes the honest answer is a one-off account rebuild and tracking fix rather than an ongoing retainer. Not very fee-friendly of us, but there we go.
Who owns the ad account?
You do, always. If you've been running through an agency account, we'll help you set up your own and move to it, even though it means you can walk away more easily. Your data history, conversion setup and audiences belong to your business, full stop.
What is the notice period?
Thirty days, rolling monthly. No minimum term, no exit fee. Access gets handed back within a week of you asking, with the account intact and a written handover of what was set up and why.
How often will the account actually be touched?
Weekly at minimum, and daily in the first month or during a scaling period. What matters more than frequency is that every change is logged, so the monthly report shows exactly what was done and what happened next. No mystery 'optimisation' line items!
