Branding & Identity
Here's the awkward truth: most businesses don't need a rebrand. They need to be clearer about what they sell and who it's for, and then look like they mean it. So that's our first job as a branding agency, working out which one you actually are. Because a shiny new logo on unchanged positioning is an expensive way to change absolutely NOTHING.

Real client results
Every campaign is judged on one number:
The revenue it puts in your account

What we measure instead of guessing
Positioning, naming, identity and a practical system your team can actually apply, built to survive contact with real marketing.
Positioning before polish
We work out who you are for and what you deliberately give up before a single logo concept.
Systems fail at the edges
Identity work covers the website, the ad, the van livery and the trade stand, not just the logo file.
Trademark checked first
Naming work includes trademark screening before you fall in love with something you cannot legally use.
Strategic Momentum
Work out whether you need a rebrand or just clearer answers
- Research: interviews with your customers and your sales team, a look at how competitors position themselves, and where the language in your market has gone stale.
- Positioning: who you are for, what you claim, what you deliberately give up. A brand that appeals to everyone is invisible.
- Messaging: the one-line description, the supporting proof, the objection handling, and the tone rules that stop everything sounding like it came from four different companies.

Purposeful Innovation
What we measure instead of guessing
- Identity: logo and variants, colour, typography, imagery direction, iconography and layout rules.
- Application: what it looks like as a website, an ad, a proposal, a van livery, a trade stand, a signature. Systems fail at the edges, so we design the edges.
- Naming, where it is needed, with trademark screening before you fall in love with something unavailable.
FAQ
The questions you actually want answered
How long does a branding project take?
Typically six to twelve weeks depending on how much research and application is involved, plus naming if you need it. The slowest part is nearly always decision-making on the client side (sorry, but it's true), so we agree who signs off at the start and keep that group small.
How many logo concepts do we get?
We present one recommended direction properly applied, with the reasoning, plus the alternatives we explored and rejected and why. Handing you four finished options invites a decision based on taste rather than fit. If the direction's wrong, we go back and rework it, and that's included.
Do we get the source files and the fonts?
Yes to the files, all of them, with full rights on final payment. Fonts are licensed separately in your name because typeface licences can't legally be transferred from us to you. We'll always tell you the annual cost before recommending a paid family, and there are good free options where budget's tight.
Will a rebrand damage our search visibility?
Only if it involves a domain or name change handled badly. If you're changing domain we plan the migration alongside the design work, with redirects, profile updates and monitoring. A visual refresh on the same domain carries almost no search risk. This is where being a digital marketing agency as well as a design one really pays off.
How is it priced?
A fixed project price agreed after a scoping conversation, staged across the project rather than billed hourly. If you later want ongoing design support we do that on a rolling monthly retainer, but it's not a condition of the project. No strings!
