Graphic Design
Ever had a campaign ready to launch, copy signed off, everyone waiting... and then it sits there for three weeks because the artwork isn't done? That bottleneck is exactly what we remove. Consistent design work, fast turnarounds, and enough creative volume to keep your paid campaigns FRESH instead of stale. It's a big part of how we run digital marketing campaigns for our own clients here in Cambridge.

Real client results
Every campaign is judged on one number:
The revenue it puts in your account

The kind of business this supports
Day to day design support for marketing teams: ad creative, sales collateral and print, delivered at pace and on brand.
Three ways to work with us
Retainer for a constant flow of work, fixed-price projects, or overflow support alongside your in-house designer.
Your guidelines, not ours
Overflow work follows your existing brand guidelines rather than reinventing the system you already have.
Two rounds of amends
Most work is signed off on the first round because the brief is agreed upfront, not guessed at.
Strategic Momentum
Clear the design backlog holding up your campaigns
- Retainer: an agreed monthly volume with a fixed turnaround, for teams with a constant flow of work. Most clients choose this because the predictability is worth more than the hourly saving.
- Project: a defined piece of work, fixed price, such as a brochure, an exhibition set or a pitch deck.
- Overflow: we work to your existing brand guidelines and slot in alongside an in-house designer at busy periods, without trying to take the whole function over.

Purposeful Innovation
The kind of business this supports
- Print artwork set up properly: correct bleed, CMYK checked against your brand colours, spot colours specified, and a proof approved before a big print run goes to press, not after.
- Signage, vehicle graphics and exhibition panels designed at real size and checked at real viewing distance, not just zoomed in on a screen.
- Sales collateral built as reusable templates your team can fill in themselves, so a new case study doesn't mean another invoice.
FAQ
The questions you actually want answered
Retainer or per project, and which is cheaper?
Per project is cheaper if you genuinely have occasional needs. A retainer works out better once you're commissioning most weeks, because you get priority scheduling and we stop re-learning your brand each time. We'll tell you honestly which one your volume suits after a month, even if the answer earns us less.
What is the turnaround on a request?
Standard items like ad sets, social graphics and one-page documents are typically two to three working days. Larger pieces like brochures or exhibition graphics get scheduled with an agreed date. Urgent work can usually be squeezed in if we know it's coming!
How many rounds of amends are included?
Two, and in practice most work gets signed off on the first because the brief is agreed upfront. If the direction was wrong through a misunderstanding on our side, we redo it and don't charge for the extra round. Simple.
Will you work within our existing brand guidelines?
Yes, and we prefer it. If your guidelines have gaps (most do once you get into ad formats and templates), we'll flag them and propose the missing rules rather than quietly improvising and creating inconsistency later.
Do we get editable files?
Always. Layered source files, editable vectors and organised exports, kept in your storage with fonts and their licence status documented. There's no arrangement where you have to come crawling back to us just to change a headline.
