Email Marketing
Think email marketing is dead? Erm, nope! It's the only channel where you OWN the audience, which is why it's worth doing properly. Most of the money isn't in the weekly newsletter either, it's in the eight or nine automated messages nobody's looked at since they were set up. We start with whether your emails actually arrive, then build the sequences that do the selling.

Real client results
Every campaign is judged on one number:
The revenue it puts in your account

One client's engagement figures
Deliverability, automated flows and campaigns that are judged on revenue per email rather than open rates.
Timed to the buying cycle
Campaigns get the attention, but automations get the money, because they reach people at the moment they're actually interested. Abandoned basket and browse flows are timed to how your customers actually buy, not a default one-hour delay.
Built on your own data
Replenishment and win-back emails run on real purchase intervals from your data, not an industry guess.
Handed to sales at the right moment
Lead nurture sequences are triggered by behaviour and passed to sales only when the signals justify it.
Strategic Momentum
Find out what your list is worth when it lands
- Welcome and onboarding, built to make the first purchase or first enquiry easier rather than to introduce your company history.
- Abandoned browse and abandoned basket, timed to the actual buying cycle rather than a default one hour delay.
- Post-purchase: setup help, cross-sell at the right interval, and a review request timed to when the product has been used.

Purposeful Innovation
One client's engagement figures
- Replenishment and win-back, based on real purchase intervals from your data rather than a guess.
- Lead nurture for longer sales cycles, triggered by behaviour and handed to sales when the signals justify it.
- Since Google and Yahoo's 2024 sender requirements, a missing DMARC record or a shared IP with a bad reputation will quietly push you to spam, and your open-rate report won't tell you why.
FAQ
The questions you actually want answered
Which platform should we use?
For ecommerce, usually Klaviyo, because the segmentation and revenue reporting are worth the higher cost. For B2B with a sales team, HubSpot keeps everything in one place. If your current platform's adequate, we won't move you just to create a project for ourselves.
How often should we email?
More often than most companies are comfortable with, to a smaller and better segmented list! We usually start by increasing frequency to your engaged segment while suppressing dormant contacts, then let the revenue and unsubscribe data decide. It's a testable question, not a matter of taste. We also report new subscribers separately from long-standing ones, because a flow converting brilliantly for people who joined last week can be quietly dying for everyone else.
Do you write and build the emails, or just the strategy?
Both. Copy, design, build, testing and scheduling. If you have an in-house designer we will work to their templates instead. What we will not do is hand over a strategy document and leave you to implement it.
Our emails are going to spam. Can you fix that?
Usually yes, and it's normally an authentication or list hygiene problem rather than a content one. We audit SPF, DKIM and DMARC, check your sending domain and reputation, and clean the list. Recovery takes a few weeks of disciplined sending, not one magic change.
How is it priced and are we committed?
A flat monthly fee based on the number of campaigns and flows in scope, agreed upfront. Platform costs are paid by you directly to the provider. Rolling monthly with 30 days' notice, and your list and templates stay in your account the whole time.
